So I took a 2 year blogging break, stepped back from the computer, well all except my avid Facebook stalking and enjoyed life around me. Just recently I set up another booth in an antique store AND just recently opened a new Etsy store with some of my favorite vintage goodies. Whew! And did I mention that I started a Twitter account tonight? Ok. I haven't actually Tweet-ed just yet but still....
Up until this month, my hubby John and I have worked opposite schedules for over a year. We were due some R&R time. We turned off the cell phones and headed for the mountains of Tryon NC. We spent all day (and when I say all day, I mean sun up to sun down people) Saturday scouring through all the local antique shops and buddy did they have 'em!
Agghhh! White chippy paint + rusty farmhouse = some serious lovin' of this booth!

Needless to say we came back with a car trunk that would make Fred Sanford jealous! Of course I didn't take any photos of my loot before it made it to my booth. Maybe, just maybe, I will try to get photos of my own booth on here. Sometime in the next 2 years!
